It's Been A While...
Well, it has definitely been too long since I have posted. Just to catch up....we have moved to Westerville, Ohio (just outside of Columbus) and we LOVE it! We are close enough to go "home" whenever we like. There is so much to do in this area! I am babysitting for a 2 year old, and sometimes his 6 year old brother (when he's not in school). I also have 2 neighbor boys that I watch after school a few days a week. This is GRAET for Nolan! He loves having the boys here to play with and it keeps him occupied! Poor Kenley is surrounded by boys all day long! I joined a Mom's Group, which has helped me meet a few people and learn more about the area! I have started running, woo hoo! I'm just starting, so I'm not that great yet! I just recently got to 2 1/2 miles. This is amazing for me! I have hated running my whole life, plus I have arthritis in all my joints so I never thought running was something I could do! Well, I think running is actually helping my joints, plus it has helped me shed a few pounds!! Ben is enjoying his job much better than Memphis! Now if I could just get my kids to get along...

It's been too long!
For some reason I havent' been able to blog lately, it could have something to do with having a high maintenance 9 month old and an almost 3 year old that won't leave her alone. The kids and I have made the trip to Goshen for a few weeks. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can figure out Ben's working situation, and move to Indy. Therefore, we wouldn't have to drive back to Memphis, which would be amazing! Kenley is obviously now 9 months old! She is crawling and still loves to dance...she gets it from her mama! Nolan learns 5 words a day, maybe 10, I have quit counting! But all together, it's been a great last few months. We enjoyed living at Stefan and Amy's house, however, it will be nice to have no more fighting. Oh wait, I guess Nolan picking on Kenley is considered fighting. But we will be so happy if we move to Indy, that is where our heart is! I will try and stay updated while we are traveling around.

Don't forget about Nolan!
I don't get to blog about Nolan very often, but he turned 2 1/2 in October. It is a huge difference from just 2 years old! He is speaking in full sentences! He understand so much more than he did before. I never realized how big the difference was between 2 and 2 1/2 until Nolan reached this age! He still doesn't like sharing, :(, but I really don't expect him to get that for a while! He can count to 10 and knows a, b, and c. I'm so proud of my first born! :)
O' Christmas Tree
This passed weekend we went to Jackson, Tennessee to cut down our first real Christmas tree. Ricky, a manager that works under Ben, works at the farm for his parents and showed us around the place. They had 2 mules that pulled the wagon and hot cider and hot chocolate. They also make wreaths there. It was perfect weather, not too hot, not too cold. Nolan even got to hold the saw and pretend he was cutting a tree. Overall it was a wonderful day, except for the drive there and back! :)
MOVED!!!
Yay, we are finally in a house again! It feels amazing to be out of that 2 room apartment and into a house (even if we are sharing a house for 4 weeks)! The kids and Schmitty both love having extra room, as do Ben and I! We even cut down a real tree for the first time and had it up the day we moved in. Hopefully in the next few weeks we will get all of our boxes unpacked, but for now, we're just happy to be sort of settled!

Kenley is 7 months!
Okay, so I keep getting further and further behind, but at least I didn't forget, right?! Kenley is actually about 7 1/2 months old now! Crazy how fast time is flying! She is trying to crawl already! She is a busy little bee, trying to get into literally everything. If it's not within reach, she will try to make within her reach! She has 2 little teeth that came in on the bottom, now I think 2 more are trying to peak thru on the top! So much has changed in just one month!

Kenley is 6 months!
My little Kenley is not so little anymore! At 6 months old she is weighing in at 18 pounds, 3 ounces. She is 26 1/4 inches tall! I can't believe how fast the time is going! I am so thankful to be able to be a stay at home mom for now! Kenley can now sit all by herself! She is teething horribly, and I mean horribly. I cannot wait for these teeth to come in, I'm sure she can't either! Nolan is still a great big brother to her! He hugs and kisses her all day long and tells her he loves her! I can't wait until she can say it back to him (and me!).
